What Kitchen Things Do I Need To Toss?

Can you get cross contamination from the wooden spoons used in cooking? I guess I should throw them away and get New ones. What about the rest of my plastics and wooden bowls? I am so confused with this New diet!!!

The kitchen utensils usually recommended to be replaced are all those with scratches, or with porous surfaces, or which are otherwise impossible to clean, like wooden and plastic spoons and cutting boards, scratched teflon pans, toasters, colanders, plastic storage containers which have scratches, etc. Seasoned cast iron pans can be put through a self-cleaning oven cycle and then reseasoned.

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
