    For chicken tenders we like plain mashed potato flakes mixed with parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper. I fry them in a mix of olive and canola oil but haven't tried to bake them.

    It's the mix that is in so many recipes (from B Hagman?) It's in this proportion: 1 cup white rice flour, 1 cup tapioca flour, 1 cup cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon potato flour (not potato starch).     I saw the post about almost everything at Chipotle maybe being okay. I have seen this restaurant but have never been there. What is it like? What are the prices like? Thanks.

    This was mentioned by the dermatologist who diagnosed my family member. But as a practical matter, how would you know? If you didn't have any symptoms after ingestion, maybe you are just in the "silent" mode, especially since the outward signs don't always match the inward damage.

    I agree; this is the first bread I have tried that I considered edible. I either make a reuben or other grilled sandwich with it or toast it in a dry skillet first.

    I am curious what else you might eat when you have a sausage patty at McDonalds. Do you trust the scrambled eggs?

    We use the Maple Grove Farms syrup--says gluten-free on the bottle. It comes in maple flavor and butter flavor at the supermarket.

    Yes, it's corn syrup. I tried the new brown sugar kind the last time I made them.

    I put fat-free half and half in one bowl, and plain instant mashed potato flakes in another; add grated parmesan cheese, salt, and a little flaxseed to the potato flake bowl; dip the tenders in the milk and then the potato, and fry in a skillet with canola oil. (There are never enough left to freeze, though.)

    Try this one. I always have the ingredients to make it, and it's quick and easy. Peanut Butter Clusters Bring 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup dark Karo syrup to a boil. Remove from heat.
