    That is so great to hear. It's amazing what a diet change can do for our kids. I just noticed the other day how much more energy my little guy has. He now walks to and from school when picking up his older brother instead of taking just a few steps and wanting to be picked up.

    We currently still live in Germany but not close to the cities you are traveling to. Reformhaus is a great place to get gluten free foods. There is also a store called "Real" , which is kind of like a Walmart in the states, they also have gluten free foods. I checked the website and they have a Real in every city you posted.

    When my son is on a regular diet this happens all the time with the tangerine segments. Even apples, chicken and other foods come out the way he chewed them up. He does better gluten free but has been having issues with fresh fruit coming out undigested 1-2hrs after he eats them. Hopefully he will do better with that soon.

    Just FYI, I have a potato allergy but I'm fine as long as they are cooked. The same with apples. I would try and see if he does fine with boiled potatoes.

    The german GI now thinks he might have fructose malabsorption so they want him on a fructose free diet. This is were we are at right now with the testing. I would like to know what exactly we are all dealing with, Owen had improved on the gluten free diet but wasn't perfect either, hence the reasoning we are still trying to figure things out.     I have a little peanut myself. My son is almost 2 1/2 years old and is 34 inches tall and weighs about 26.5lbs. Which also puts him low in the percentiles, I'm not too concerned though as he used to be FTT last year and wasn't even on the charts. The german doctors have been a pain in the pinfeather about this, they are the only ones that can do the testing as we don't have any military hospital close by that could do it.     I started a gluten challenge with my son in January. We will do the bloodwork and scope to test for celiac in August/September. He used to be a big mess on gluten, really whiney, rashes, belly aches, loose stools and so on.     My son has no problems with the wagon wheels. He loves them and eats them as snacks. He is pretty sensitive to gluten, even just licking a cookie/cracker containing gluten will make him sick.

    I haven't tried it with Owen and I can't find any oatmeal over here that is gluten-free. I know though that he did horrible with the gerber baby cereal oatmeal before we knew he was reacting to gluten.

    Ok here is my dilemma, I have used the Gerber tooth and gum cleanser before for Owen but now this time our store didn't have it( we live overseas). They only had the Oral-B Stages Baby tooth and gum cleanser. Does anybody know if it's gluten-free? Thank you in advance.

    My son is 15 months old and has reflux as well. After going gluten-free he has been doing a lot better. Last weekend he must have gotten into something too since he had D and also spit up a couple of times. He is still taking 20mg's of Prilosec to prevent damage in his esophagus.
