i put a little bit of water into the bowl or container with the pasta and put it in the micro with a paper towel over it.. seems to make it a little moister, but mine sometimes falls apart too -
is your rash symetrical? DH will be on both elbows, or knees or feet, both hands, etc... i get puss filled blisters as well and wake up throughout the night scratching!! i also seemed itchier at night and when i first wake up (maybe cause you finally get to relax and forget about your day so the itch becomes more apparant) get a skin biopsy or blood...

i was diagnosed with celiac disease in may and now going through testing to see if i have DH. my skin biopsies came back negative- but my dermatologist still thinks i have it, went to yale and am now on a month trial of dapsone. the side effects and risks are pretty scary-- is it worth it? are the results worth the risk? i'm on a 50mg dose, which isn... -
i have the same sores on my scalp too.. i was using dove but switch to Burt's Bees... it's expensive, but i'm beginning to notice a difference. i also switched my makeup... changing all my cosmetics and hair products to gluten free is making a difference... try it!!
