I'm new to all of this as my 3 year old granddaughter was diagnosed with celiac. My understanding, especially if you get very sick from gluten, it should be labeled "Certified Gluten Free". Many gluten free products are not labeled that way as they are produced in factories that could have risk of cross contamination. My granddaughter is extremely sensitive...
