    Hi Suzy- Did she have these symptoms BEFORE going gluten-free? It can take awhile to heal after going gluten-free. In my case, it turned out that I had lyme disease in addition to celiac. You should get her in to see her doctor for blood work and make sure her iron level etc is all set.
