Oh my gosh! I thought I was losing my mind! I too cheated just a smidgen this past weekend and since then I've had headaches, crying jags, moodiness, depression, you name it. And to think that twice in the past 10 years I was diagnosed with depression, when maybe it was gluten! Stress brings this on a little, but after reading everyone's testimonials...

Luksusowa and Chopan are good potato vodkas. Nurse at my GI's office (also celiac) says Skyy and Smirnoff vodkas are safe, too.

Carnegie here! Diagnosed in July, and very obsessed with it. The store you're looking for is Good Life on Banksville Road. Every third Thursday they offer a 10% discount on gluten-free items. I have found other Giant Eagle's that have gluten-free items that even the Upper St. Clair bigger-better-whatever store does NOT have. Did anyone know that some... -

Sissy, I'm new too. I've found EnviroKids breakfast bars are pretty good. Like eating a rice krispie treat for breakfast in the car on my way to work. Their cereal isn't too bad, either. I was diagnosed 4 months ago, and I'm a wreck with it. Haven't cheated either. Still having trouble with sleeping, but no more night sweats. I'm blessed with friends...
