    hi, i was crazy this morning looking for the delphi list since i read that sombody says it has like 30 pages??(i,vr tried with google) it was really hard but i,ve only found a small list that say that you can eat chicken and things like that (no brands), and also says that Kellogg's Corn Pops are ok to eat. Anyone knows if that its true?? and if sombody...

    hi, Ive just realize that dennys restaurants are a good choice to go with my son. the hostess told us that they dont make the pankes in the same grill as the eggs or bacon. so ive got a copy of their allergens info from internet, but I want to ask you 2 questions: -can my baby eat Hydrolyzed protein or it contains gluten? - I want to know about your experiences...

    dont forget to try in Walmart their "great value" brand, all their products are excellented labeled as GLUTEN FREE (of course the one that are), but since im new in this also, that made it easer.. Abi

    hi, everybody, i'm trying really hard on finding "regular things" that are gluten free. (I hate to pay double price just because there is a big "gluten free" thing on the box). Im doing very good whit walmart products and Publix product (I send them an email to publix, and they send me a very big list of their gluten free products)., but...

    hi, I've found that several product Great Value brand (wallmart brand) are happily marked clarly GLUTEN FREE. and they are really inexpansive too!! hope this is usefull for you...........! abi
