  1. I've really been trying to watch my diet but today my stomach looks and feels glutened. My stomach is massive and bloated. I'm miserable!e. What can I do to help with this massive boating??? How long does it take for everything to heal and be so!what normal or does it ever completely

  3. Good to know, thanks! I've been trying really hard to stay gluten-free yet my stomach look and still feels glutened. I guess the healing is probably a long process after years of damage 🤷
  4. So did you like the breads first try or did you have to acquire a taste for them? It seems I've tried lots of gluten-free breads and none I have just been like wow that's good and worth $6 a loaf or that I can eat within 5 days if opening 🙄 i will have to try the biscuits and the other you mentioned, thanks!

  6. I really really miss buttered toast with jelly, Bread and butter, biscuits and PB & J sandwiches. Does anyone have any suggestions for any of these??

  8. Officially as gluten intolerance but I have positive celiac antibodies so I really think its celiac disease but I was misdiagnosed / told wrong

  16. I’m obese by medical standards. For years I’ve struggled with hunger and no matter how much or what I eat I never feel full. Could either of these be tied undiagnosed celiac/gluten?

  20. Thank you!! I had a c section and a large baby... I was also in an abusive marriage for many years... Living in constant fight or flight hasn't helped. I still have a lot of stress being a single mom to a special needs kid... So I'm not sure how to help with all that

  22. Thank you for this!! It was very informative and makes more sense now. You mentioned diabetes and gallbladder ... Are those connected to celiac? After I had my daughter I started developing lots of issues. No one could ever figure out what was wrong with me. I got tired of going to doctors. But in that time I was diagnosed with a thyroid issue and prediabetes...
