  4. In my days of baking with gluten flours, I would always use a toothpick to test if a cake or a quickbread was done - it would come out clean if the item was ready. But one thing that comes to mind is whether you have a marble slab that you could refrigerate to use to keep the dough cold while doing your cutouts.   8. I questioned the Enterolab folk about this as my test showed elevated antibodies to soy. They recommended I stay away from soybean oil as well. The only thing they said that might be okay is soy lecithin because it has been so heavily "distilled" (not sure if that is the right term).

  18. Don't throw the package out - take it back to Whole Foods and get your $$$ back. They have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. I've taken back several supplements that didn't agree with me and got my money back without any hassle.
