  1. Do a search for Broncobux (Chris), he's a member here on the boards. He lives in vegas, is your age group and has wonderful suggestions for places to eat and how to get the service you need out there!!! Good luck! -Jessica
  2. Congrats on the pregnancy!!! I am sure you are super excited!! It is amazing what dietary changes can do for our bodies. Modern medicine doesn't ALWAYS know it all. Stay healthy and keep us posted on your progress!! -Jessica

  4. The best policy is to get the name of the manufacturer and a 1-800 number (if possible). Call them and ask if their product contains gluten. They are of course the most knowledgable on the makings of their products. Pharmacists and doctors are not going to know if a medication is gluten free. There are thousands of medications and generics for those medications...

  12. I am also a big fan of the nerd show!! haha I LOVE IT!! Sheldon has MAJOR ocd, cracks me up. I find myself laughing out loud at every episode of that show. VERY funny. American Idol is the current saving grace. It is also pretty funny right now with all the bad singers.....gotta laugh at those. Thank Goodness Antiques Roadshow is not in re-runs...

    ARCHIVED Changes

Also the link to the board rules/guidelines is missing. I know that we can always use a refresher reading those so I hope that it is put back into place so folks don't forget the manner in which we should behave here at glutenfreeforum.com . -Jessica
  19. I found these at wal-mart last night. They are sold in smaller boxes there (which is good because you can try them without a huge box to eat if you do NOT like them ha). They are not bad. I wish they were a little less hard (the syrup they used to hold the nuts together turns into a hard hard glue)ha A good snack to keep in your purse for times when you...
  20. I would also vote for the crock pot being the culprit. I got glutened by my parents crock pot and now won't eat anything that comes out of it. -Jessica
  21. Those sound VERY good. I miss having granola bars. Thanks for the tip! Do you think they are sold in regular stores (I am not a sam club member)? -Jessica
  22. I absolutely LOVE chipotle and have not had any problems there. I know there can be a language barrier, but usually the cashier is a person who speaks English. You could always ask them. I am sorry you had such a bad experience there. I know that makes it hard to eat out once you get burned! -Jessica
  23. I am also a member of the "no boil" philosophy. I just put some sauce on the bottom of the pan then noodles and begin the layering. It turns out great every time. Not a bit dry either!! YUM!! -Jessica
  24. Stuffing/dressing is one of my FAVORITE parts of the holiday meal. I couldn't skip it!! -Jessica
  25. I have been eating that one and have not had any troubles with it. As someone else stated. General Mills is a great company and is one that you can just read the labels on and it will clearly list any gluten containing ingredients!! YEAH for GM!! -Jessica
