    Have u tried the allergen free mattress covers and pillow cases, that helped my stepson alot with this allergies at night and not being able to sleep. paula

    What kind of heating is there, maybe its a dry heat that is causing it. I would ask the owners to have the carpets reshampoed again. The smoke could be coming in threw the heat vents. paula

    Thanks no hurry on posting. Your night snack sounds good i love green apples, i will look for some organic ones today and i will look into nut butter, we do have some almond butter in the fridge,would that work.     Ok i need help on what anti candida diet to do. There are so many variations on tv that i am so confused. I find some that say some fruit is ok if it not bruised and sites that say i can drin grapefruit juice and vodka cause it has no yeast. Then some i can eat pototaos and some say no.     Yes i take hot baths all the time, and i do have cold feet that is why im always in socks lol. So maybe it is, i will check my feet again tommorow when i take an bath and see if they are yellow. Cause even tho hubby says they are nto yellow when he looked, i know they were moer yellow in the tub. paula

    Well I dont have the cleiac gene but i do have celiac, i have an high ttg in my celiac panel. There are still genes out there they have not recognized as main celiac genes yet. I would look into candida, lyme or parasites that are causing ur high malabsorption scores. These can make it hard to absorb minerals and cause malabsorption. I will add more...

    Nope i dont smell like chlorine either, I didnt put alot in today tho, i was afraid to use the 2 cups that it says to use. I think i used like 5 big handfuls, so maybe a cup at the most. Tommorow i will add in baking soda and see what that does. I had hubby look at my feet and he laughed at me, he said they are not any more yellow then his. So i dont know...

    I cant even find anything online about yellow feet except if im a duck lol. I always wear socks so i dont look at my feet often, i just noticed while i was scrubbing them the minute i got into the epson bath. Maybe i need to look at them again, hold on lol They are not as yellow now tho, but i just noticed an huge bump on my big toe, it might be a callous...

    So how were u diagnosed with celiac, was it threw blood, endoscope or enterolab or some other form of testing. Were u 100 percent sure u had celaic or did u have gluten intolerance brought on by candida, but just never diagnosed with candida til recently? paula
