    Ok i will look for one today when i go to walgreens. I am so happy i have made the 2 week mark on the candida diet and i feel awesome, im sleeping better, im looking better and i have more energy.     That is why i use my cell phone for my alarm, well we all do. Its funny hubbys goes off at 4, mine at 4:45, and my stepsons at 6. I have to set mine just in case hubby pushes snooze in his sleep lol. paula

    Well one way i get comfortable is i put an pillow between my legs, i had to do that when i was pg and now its like an comfort thing. ANd one thing i have to do is go to bed before hubby cause he snores and if im still up when he comes to bed, then im up all night. I get up at 4am with him tho so when i hit the bed at 9 or 10 im tired. paula

    Can u play relaxing music? Every day get up earlier and earlier then maybe by the time u hit the sheets u are tired? if u drink caffeine, dont drink it after noon. im trying to think of other things, ill post back when i think of them lol paula

    Well I have my make up on and im sad.....................I should of ordered lip stick and eye shadow, I only feel half made up lol, it isnt fun using ur old stuff with this cool stuff.The foundation i got is perfect but the concelor sucks, it is way too light.     my favorited have been bo, chris, and blake. I dont care for carrie underwood, her music is ok, i just dont really like her. I also like kelly pickler, its almost like the ones that dont win, do much better then the ones that do win.paula
