    They are kinda a scar. Mine just look like huge tire marks in my stomach, some are deep some are just ugly. When i go in next week, I will ask her about it. I know at one time palmers was suppposed to help, but i think that has gluten in it. Maybe i will do some searching on the net, maybe i can find some kind of oil that would help. That had to hurt...

    I tried to shake it out of the holes and none of them worked, so i thought u had to pry the lids off lol. Im guessing its easier on the big lids.     I felt weak and nasuated, almost like when u are pg with morning sickness. My arms hurt some and now my stomach hurts (but more like an "C" pain). Ive been laying in bed most of the day. So its hard to tell if it is potatoe overload or a small herx from the garlic. paula

    I opened them up, omg they are tiny how can that be 4-6 uses for the foundation, i bet i use one cantainer in one day lol. I already have makeup on, so i will try it in the morning, i wish i would have got some lip stick and eye shadow tho. But oh well that will be my next step since i get it so fast lol. paula

    I need a good lotion to use. I have been taking epson baths and my skin is so dry now and it is driving me nuts. I would like for it to be gluten and soy free lotion or even anything that will help the dry skin. i heard coconut oil was good to put on your skin, but im not sure if i want to put it all over my body lol paula

    Welcome, You have came to the right place. Once you go gluten free you will feel so much better, You might also have to give up dairy for the first 6 months to, cause it can cause some of the same symptoms as gluten. Once you are diagnosed your close relatives should be tested. Some do not wait for the biopsy to start gluten free if the blood work...
