  1. I went to italy in March and flew British Air, they too did not have the option on their website, but I called and they arranged gluten free meals for me, they were pretty good too for airline food
  2. Hello, Two of my blood tests came back possative, and my biopsy came back negative. I have had a very possative response from the gluten free diet. I am not sure if I have celiac or just have gluten intolerance, but either way the diet is the same. Everyone here is very helpfull and there is tons on information for new people.

  10. I know that some people say oats are OK if they are "pure" oats, and that the main reason some are not good is cross contamination. Does anyone know of any "pure" oats instant oatmeal packets? I used to eat the Quaker Weight Control oatmeal packets everyday, and no I can't because they have barley gluten in them. SO just wondering if anyone else eats oats...
