I am very thankful this post was written. I too got sick eating Ortega taco shells. People have different tolerance to gluten intake. I cannot even have cross contamination. People who do well with most cross contaminated food are privileged. But for the rest of us God help us! -

Hi, If it says it may contain Wheat then it DOES! I knows a lot of nuts are crossed contaminated with gluten. If you are not that sensitive you should be fine. I know I cannot have nuts from Nuts.com because they are crossed. If you eat nuts from Nuts.com I am assuming you could eat most nuts out there.

I bought them at Walmart and Woodmans. I called the company and said they share the facilities with other companies with gluten….but told me the do a GREAT job cleaning the lines. I guess GLUTINO is a small company and they rent out space at other facilities 😠-

Hi, I have to tell you I haven’t tried a nut that is GLUTEN FREE YET! I called Fishers, Planters, checked many others. No luck. I ordered from NUTS.com because I heard from others that it is gluten free. But I will see how that goes. My husband just told me eat them with the shell it’s the safest. GLUTINO is it really gluten free? I recently started eating these English Muffins and started getting sick.Has anyone else reacted? I just got off the phone with the company and they stated that they share warehouses with gluten items. They told me the lines are cleaned after gluten is processed. Hi I have been a celiac for 10 years now. I ordered food from the Big Bowl and they glutenised me, I went to the hospital. I ordered chicken pad Thai. I think they gave me wheat noodles. Of course the restaurant denied everything. But as soon as I took a few bites I fell ill. They did not pay the hospital bill. I probably will not eat out for a while...
