    Wal-Mart brand cheese type whiz is gluten free and is marked so right on the packaging. Many of their Great Value brand products are marked gluten free on the packaging. One of my favorites in their boxed potatoes.......either scalloped or au gratin. They are so good and much cheaper than the name brand ones. Barbara

    I use Bob's Red Mill Bread Mix. Instead of making one very large loaf, I make four little loaves. They rise nicely and bake in less time. I use my Kitchen Aid and mix it up for the full three minutes it suggests. It has always come out nice and the flavor is great, like other homemade bread.     If you like cream of wheat, you are sure to like cream of buckwheat which is so very similar and gluten-free. I eat it many mornings a week. An added bonus is that it has lots of fiber.     For ready made, I like Whole Foods Sandwich Bread. I make mine at home with Bob's Red Mill Bread Mix. I do not have a bread machine, I use my Kitchen Aid and it works fine. The loaf that the package makes is so large, that I put it in four small ones and it lasts a prett long time.
