    We've had friends visiting from Spokane since Friday. Had a great time with them. We went to a big fundraiser on Saturday night in which I was drinking straight Grey Goose by the end of the night But, we got to party with Tommy Thayer from KISS and his barely legal wife.     I tried this, and it backfired. I don't let the kids watch more than an hour of tv each day and I have them outside playing, doing chores and activities, etc... He watched football on the main floor all weekend and they watched movies in the basement all weekend. He didn't see what the big deal was. Perhaps I should of made a list of what I do daily for...

    My 6yo says almost daily, "If I could have 1 wish in the whold world, it would be that I could eat gluten again." Breaks my heart (even though I know this is a much healthier lifestyle for him!)

    I make sure the kids aren't around when he's around. They're usually so exhausted from running around, swimming and hiking all day that they both pass out around 8pm.     He's not around my kids very often at all. He's never been allowed to keep them by themselves. When he's not drinking,he's OK, its just unpredictable.     Ok, here's the rest: Wednesday-My sister finally arrived!!!! I left Jesse with the kids and we went for an incredible 5 mile walk. Then we came back, packed everyone up and went into town to get a park pass so we could go hiking.
