  4. Going to HooDoo or Bachelor the week after Christmas. Rented a house in my favorite city, Sisters!! Can't wait!! Part of the kids' Christmas presents.   9. I buy Pamelas from Amazon by the case. I have it set up on a subscription, so it's even cheaper and I get a shipment automatically every 2 months.

  13. 5 minute lasagna preheat oven to 350 in a big bowl mix together: 2 beaten eggs 15 oz container of ricotta 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese 2 tbs italian seasoning 1 jar pasta sauce 1/2 jar of water 1 box of penne pasta (dry) pour into baking dish top with mozzerella bake 350 for about 45min
  14. Made NY steak, grilled asparagus and twice baked potatoes (TDF!!!!) for Valentine's Day yesterday. Leftovers tonight!!

  16. Health Valley cream of chicken soup with steak bites served over rice. And green beans. Tonight will be the kids' favorite-tuna noodle casserole

Lentil Pie-a'la my daughter 1c lentils 4c water 2 cans crushed or diced tomatoes 2 smaller pkgs of frozen green beans salt, pepper, Italian seasoning --throw it all in a big pot, bring to a boil while it's boiling, make a pkg of natural mashed potatoes (Costco has good ones) when most of the liquid is gone from the lentil mixture and lentils...
  18. I cooked some quinoa in a pesto sauce that I diluted with water-turned out AMAZING!! I will have with sauted green beans with chopped walnuts and garlic
  19. Trying to increase my vegetable content and decrease the crap content in my diet this week So I made a very large dark leafy green salad with cabbage, onions, carrots, tomato, chopped raw almonds and walnuts tossed in a vinegrette
  20. Vegan chili. Lentils instead of beef. The regular ingredients for chili plus a bag of frozen peas, frozen peppers and frozen chopped spinach. Must try to get as many veggies into my son as possible! Of course all he ate was his cheese toast
