I didn't realize anyone replied to me so I apologize if it seemed as though I was ignoring you. Shopping has been a little easier for me but it takes forever reading the labels. I went to the Dominican. We paid for the vacation before I was diagnosed. That was very scary for me. I printed out this card that said I was allergic to Wheat, rye, barley and oats.
