  1. I have been gluten free since the end of July and I have to tell you the best I ever felt was the first month (Aug) after finding out I had Celiac. With in days I felt great! Since Sept. I have have truly gone backwards and I need to find out why. It feels like a truck hit me, I have a hard time getting up in the morning, my bathroom trips are like pre...
  2. I have also heard that before. But I do not think I have a dairy issue since I drink organic milk and yogurt (gluten-free) on a daily basis. That same night I had a bottle of Red Bridge with dinner as well. But both times I had those chips I had slight problems. I have also read another post about gluten on flavored corn chips. I thought I was being safe but the past few weeks I have been "gluten'd" a few times. But this will not keep me from eating out.....I just have to be extra careful.
  7. I am new to the Celiac World and I have to admit that up to this point all my forum surfing was centered around diesel trucks, boats, and airplanes. Coping with this since July I feel thankful that I now know what is wrong with me. The first month was great and I noticed a big change.....but September was not so good, I think I got some bad chips...
