    I have IBS, possible Celiac and am back on my gluten-free diet. I am almost a week late. I am hungry a lot, have backaches, swollen breasts, and verrrryyy moody! Help! Advice! This would be mine and my husband's 1st child! And the best Christmas present ever!!!!!!! Anna

    I tried I'm not sure how to spell it....Kinnikik today. It was good! I had toast and soymilk. (I can tolerate soy) Feel better already. Have more energy. Anna

    We always have chicken and dumplings during the holidays. Are there any good gluten-free recipes for it? Anna

    I have found out I can eat regular white bread products, but cannot eat it everyday as it causes me to have stomach cramps. I have found if I eat too much of bread egg, or milk products I get a rash on my arms. Any suggestions? Anna

    I take a genericd version of Zoloft and love it! My mood wings (due to nerves and PMDD) are much better and it's done wonders for mine and hubby's love life.... Anna
