Try also cutting out soy and milk products. Not too hard. Worth a shot...it could really help you. If after say, 2 weeks... there is still no difference, what do you have to lose?
So I may have celiac... thats interesting.
Either way I have already gut out gluten. I figure if I had such a bad reaction when I gluten challenged myself...then I bet I have been really hurting myself all of these years.. to think of how I would gorge myself with cereal and milk everyday for years.
I am glad I know now, if this is indeed my problem...
