I edited it and made the contain gluten in bold print so others wouldn't overlook it too

My story, svere allergies as a child, 18 yrs old diagnosed with sever gastroenteritis, 25 had first child a boy..alergies disappeared..a miracle, 28 yrs. second child born, a daughter, allergies came back with a vengeance, 31 yrs old (prayed entire pregnancy for a boy in hopes the allergies would go away again) had a boy and sure enough no sign...

  6. I don't have any advice. But please report back..I am going on a cruise in February for the first time since going gluten free, I have been on 8 cruises and all the memories of the food have me scared to death
  7. Yes, I know Canola Oil is gluten free but it seems to bother some people with Celiac disease...me being one. So I put it on at the end as a note"***Canola oil seems to be a no no…I don’t know why." But I should have said it seems to be a no no for some.
  8. most of the information I got by going to the companies websites (fact section or Q&A section) some I had to call the 800# and some I emailed.
  9. I know that companies change their formulas often and we still have to read the labels. But I thought if we just have a basic list to start with it would make shopping easier. I am located in Texas. There is no guarantee my list is totally accurate but I did my best. This list does not address the CC issue either. Please add your list... I will edit this...
