Hi Paula, I made this one up out of frustration for a lack of anything to eat! Of course, if you are a meat eater you can substitute meat instead of the seed meals. Veggie chili (phase I) I cooked it in a crock pot for an hour on med. This makes a lot so I freeze some for another meal later. For phase II add some well cooked beans (these...

ARCHIVED Lymphoma, Iron Deficiency Anemia & Celiac
moldlady replied to davis85's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
Davis, This is serious. I have a close friend that has had this for 4 years now since diagnosis. She refused surgery, chemo. , and radiation. The doctors released her. Instead, she decided to do all naturals and is still alive today but still working on the disease. All her contacts that also have had the same diagnosis and opted for surgery and chemo... -
Thanks Julie, It is a lot of work putting it together but once it is done, it keeps for a week in the frig. if you make it with ACV. If you use the lemon juice (which some prefer), it will start to ferment in 4 days. The beans get a bite to them and then you start to feel drunk. NOt Good for me! moldlady I have other anti fungal recipes...

Great! Now if we just had some warm weather to go with it! I make this often in the summer after dinner. But when it is below zero it's hard to fathom. lol I like the idea of some nuts.... like chopped pecans....great! moldlady

I read a few pages back and saw that some are interested in making something like ice cream. Sorry that I do not get here but maybe once a day due to my slow dial up.... Here is an easy recipe: Almost like ICE CREAM 1 3/4 c. frozen blueberries or chopped up frozen strawberries 1/8 t. stevia 1/2 c. whipping cream or coconut milk or cashew cream ...

Paula, Wow, good for you. If you did not know about die off reactions one would think that they were doing something wrong instead of right. It will take a while for your body to adjust. Almost like when you first went off of sugar and white flours etc. The body gets used to those things and one doesn't feel right when you take them away. There may...

If you are allergic to milk protein then dairy is a big no no. It is easy to culture saurkraut and it is healthy bacteria. I do the dairy because it supports the human bacteria the best. I don't like using dairy but a spoonful a night is not that much. I have never tried soy or coconut fermentation. Let me know if that works for you. moldlady

If you ever get to that point where you want to culture it yourself and really get your monies worth. JLMK moldlady

Donna, Most of the people in the world have fungus/yeast in their systems and do not realize it. Good thing that you KNOW and can do what it takes to get rid of it. YES, they are expensive and I always have some on hand. But that is also the reason that I culture my own as it really stretches the cost big time. But most people do not want to take...

Hi Again, I see that April is here and we must have posted nearly at the same times as I did not see her post originally. Great suggestions April! I did not know that 3lac is soil based organisms. Yes, they can be opportunistic and change into parasites if one has a weakened immune system. It is very hard to keep track these days with all the...

Hi Paula, Potato tastes good but it is very starchy and is food for the fungus whatever kind one might have in their system. Most pastas take a longer time to become food for fungus but it usually happens in the small intestine. The potato starts turning into sugar in the mouth and the pasta makes it all the way into the small intestine before it changes...

Believe it or not, I'm just like you in the weight area. 150 and would like to be 135 or 140. During these winter months it is hard for me to work out. I like walking and outside where I can see the trees and animals. Spoiled I guess! It is so much more refreshing that way! I always like to take my water and lemon and then go for the walk. I thought... -
Hi Paula and April, Paula, I think that what you eat sounds pretty good compared to what most eat on here. The grapefruit is fine as it is very very low in natural sugars. I eat them often with no problems at all. I'm not a meat eater but that is your choice and qualifies for phase I. The potato, even baked, is a question mark. YC said potatoes...

Paula, Sometimes the desire to feel better and to be well is the motivating factor. I'm so glad that you were able to get rid of smoking. I've been there too. When I found out how they "brew" the tobacco it made me sick. They take the bitterness taste out of the tobacco by putting it in large vats with sugar and aspergillus fungus. It ferments and...

Rachel, This is moldlady from the YC. I'm so sorry to hear about your trials! But on the flip side you have been a wealth of information for so many people that are struggling with health issues. I have not been through all the tests that you have had so you can help so many along those lines. I was tested at Mayos for everything they had back in 1... -
April, Thank you for that comment and I hope I can live up to it. When one gets sick and the doctors can't help you anymore you really start to study study study. Now, it is my goal to help others by telling them what I have found out. Some will believe quickly but others need to have the proof before they believe. I was a bit stubborn and had to have...

Hi Paula, Thank you for your nice words and I will be back maybe in 6 months when I get high speed. The old YC is still there if you have the link.... Open Original Shared Link We are pretty much on our own and there are a few of us that are there daily and others check in maybe once a week for updates and things. I take Natren's healthy trinity...

Catesfolly, I really like this site but my old machine and dial up impairs much. I just spotted your question so I will give a try to answer as best as possible here. Corn has many problems. Corn is universally impregnated with fungus. Fresh corn and popcorn are included. Popcorn is 1 ppm better than regular corn. Back in the 80s all farmers...

April, I had some human probiotics last night... a good dose and about 6 hours later I got die off.. This surprised me as usually when I eat raw onion or garlic that would cause a die off reaction and I had not gotten this all week. But the probiotics caused it. Somewhere still in my small intestine I must have a deep tissue seed of fungus that has...

ARCHIVED Appetite Suppressants

I"m glad that it seems to be working for you. I also have a protein drink that I use when I need something quick and easy. Because I don't do dairy, it is a rice protein drink. It doesn't taste that great but it gets the job done. Some may think this is odd but it works for me. I can go for long hours after my last meal like from 4 p.m. until about... -
Yes, April, You are correct. When I started feeling really good I added ww wraps back into my diet and pizza crust etc. Within weeks, I was not feeling well. I've since cut them out and feeling better. Such a puzzle to try and figure out all the variables interacting. And, each person a different fingerprint. I hope you are doing well.... moldlady

April, Maybe it is just the 3 of us I don't know. There may be others though because this is so huge and so many members. They may not have kept their same names for whatever reason. I'm getting the feeling that I'm the only veggie eater around. It is tough eating phase I, and also having celiac problems, and 99 % plant based. I do have a hard boiled...
