    "Enjoy" conditioning spray (only in salons... you'd have to find a salon near you) is gluten free. Also their hairsprays (I use and am very sensitive to gluten in hair products).     Yes, it can be from gluten. Within 24 hrs of going gluten free my skin started drastic changes for the better! For me, acne seemed to be an an inflammatory response to gluten. Makes sense.     Probably not much of a response, but I've asked myself that since I went gluten-free. My only symptoms, I mean really... ONLY symptoms were itchy scalp and arms. That's it. No rash, even.     I get itchy too... not in your head at all. My arms, face and scalp itch like crazy. Then I shed a handful or two of hair over the next few days. Lucky me!     My acne cleared almost immediately upon going gluten-free (face, chest and back). That is how I know when I get glutened... in addition to itchy, itchy scalp and hair loss. The acne is terrible. I figured it was gluten related right away. Best, Tracy

    Culturelle is gluten free... sold at Walgreens and Publix or you could order it from a reputable company.     Oh, I forgot, there's a small gluten free bakery on Siesta Key where you could pick up bread and desserts!! You would need to call ahead to place an "order" for the type of bread you want... but they are well worth the trip.
