    I sympathize with you so much, because I struggle with that all the time. Don't feel hungry in the morning, but in the evening I can't stop eating and then go to bed overly full and have trouble with sleep...I'm newly diagnosed with celiac, and I do think that going off gluten will really help.     I had to laugh when I read this, because I am newly diagnosed and have been thinking the same thing: "It's not the carbs, it's the gluten, stupid!" Always did wonder why I felt so much better on the Atkins diet!

    Are you telling me to have these done because I may not be celiac after all? Or because I need more proof? I've spent the last few days freaking out because I was diagnosed celiac, and now am freaking out thinking I might not be!
