    I haven't gone and looked anything up, but . . . .eh I shouldn't go there. The fermenting mold process was invented. Hence the distinction. "Naturally derived" sounds like it's more of a "harvesting" situation. Muir Glen is a pretty reputable company. Not sure if they're entirely organic or just mostly.

    I'd say more than "usually". Even every single time it's on an ingred list, unless otherwise specified. Which brings me to a question. Has anyone heard of "naturally derived citric acid" as an ingred? It's on a can of Muir Glen crushed tomatoes I'd planned to test by now but haven't.
