    If I were you I'd go dairy-free from the start. Better than wishing you had later on. Many celiacs find they're fine w/ dairy w/in 6mos.

    Hey! Cut that out - I like those!!! However, until I learned how to heat them properly, they were often gummy & quite unappealing. They're just about the only thing I eat that I don't make myself. (Just realized my sig doesn't at all reflect how many foods I can't have)

    It's pretty incredible how successful Northern Dancer's descendants have been. I've been hearing about that stud forever. Bit of googling turned up a weird stat - his granddad, Native Dancer, was in the bloodline of ALL TWENTY Kentucky Derby entrants!

    <sigh> yeah ... I've got to look at food this way too. I use YahooYellowPages all the time. One handy feature, after finding something, is the "Change to this location" option (towards the bottom). Makes it a breeze to find the closest whatever to where you'll be later instead of hunting from original location. And the Driving Directions...

    Oy .. . . careful what you wish for. Phx has been mostly 100+F for weeks and will surely be over 112 for FAR longer than what seems humanly habitable.
