  2. the cinnamon one diesn't have that, and I called them and they said it was gluten-free
  3. I would defenitly take that as a sign, also if your whole house is gluten-free then why would you need to get the tests, I think that accident is totaly a test in itself! YOu probably do have it P.S. how did you get the slide show for your avatar???? I would love that!
  4. yes altoids gum are gluten-free, i wouldn't take immodium and pepto at teh same time, one or the other

A posotive dietary change is a diagnosis in itself, if you really want to know for sure eat wheat for 3 months and then have the blood and the biopsy tests, but if you don't want to do any more tests then just try the diet for 3 months and if you feel better then you willl know you have the disease.

  11. teehee, after my 4th biopsy 12 years after the diagnosis, my throat hurt a lot, (not nearly as much as it did after i got my tonsils out, then i kept asking for more drugs ) but they wouldn't give me anymore. I was already checked into the hospital because I was haveing way thyroid problems, so I woke up and they wheeled me right to my room.

  13. Well, if she feels better on the gluten-free diet and has high blood tests then she almost for sure has it, the diet improvement is a test in it self! Put her back on the diet and if she feels better keep her on the diet, if she doesn't then go back to the doctor for more testing.

  18. If you are going to get tested (which I think you should) go back off hte low-carb diet because then the test will be bad, yes you could very welll be celiac, everyone's symptoms are different
  19. I don't like carmel so I've never had it but I do eat quaker rice cakers
  20. Well if you were in so much pain when you were cheating then you know you have it! Why would you get re-tested?
  21. You may also want to take oyur own floss, oral b floss is not gluten-free
  22. HI, welcome! Your daughter sounds a lot like I did, I was diagnosed at 20 months. There was only one lasting effect, my groth was slow, don't get worried, I am now 5'5" and taller than my sister, but I didn't have my groth spurt until I was 13 not at 11 like most girls. For eating my mom says feed your child small frequent meals, I would eaet chille 5...
