    Loved the convenience of it...but I was disappointed because I thought it was too sweet! I need to try it in different recipes, not just for making pizza.

    I need to be eating out more (maybe that will be my new years resolution!) !! I have 2 good leads....for pizza I love Grande Ranch in Wooster, which is a little south of NE Ohio. Also around the N.Canton/Green area is the Manchu Cafe which has fantastic gluten-free Chinese food! StacyA...have you had Altieri's gluten-free in Stow? My inlaws live there...

    Was very happy to see on the carton of Egg Beaters I bought today that it says "A Gluten Free Food". It was the new Florentine flavor. Egg Beaters are a ConAgra food and they have always been great when I would call to verify if a product is gluten-free...now this just makes it soooo easy! Love when a company changes packaging and puts gluten-free right on...

    Wow! When did Altieri's start doing this? I am always curious as to why resteraunts start doing gluten free. My in laws live in stow so we are up there quite a bit.

    I have the Cuisinart....this is my first bread machine and I love it. I have only had it about a month which is as long as I have been gluten free. It does only have 1 paddle, there are 3 bread sizes (1, 1.5, 2lb). I think the gluten free cycle works great...I just need to find a good gluten free bread mix
