  1. I tried once few months ago, it seamed to help but stopped don't remember even why. I think you're right I'll try it one more time along with candida diet, maybe I have both? Symptoms can be very similar as I read. The most disturbing are these stubbing pain in the middle of the chest. They're rare though. thanks
  2. I really don't know anymore, I thought I don't have celiac since blood test didn't confirm that, but I'm not sure since looks like I react sometime badly to breads and beans soups etc. In the meantime I found out from spit test that I may have candida overgrow so I undergo no sugar, no wheat diet. I cheat a little with wheat though. Some of my symptoms...
  3. I used to have some heart burn but not recently. Did your gases caused any pain i chest? How did you get rid of this? I'm currently on candida diet (no sugar, wheat etc) Yesterday I ate some ice cream and wonder if it could be the reason.
  4. Hi, How bad gasses can be? Got today some relapse of bloating and burping and the gases are coming high to my chest causing sometimes even some short stubbing pain. Especially weird feeling when I e.g. bend or lay down and I'm getting often some heart palpitation followed by burping. thanks
  5. not sure, I thought I did until I got hit again 2 days ago. Definitely have less abdominal cramps and burnings, but since 2 days I feel weak and tingling plus heartburn. True is I drink some milk and buttermilk but it's not a gluten right? Never in the youth had problem with milk. thanks
  6. no, actually I was gluten free since few weeks, didn't know that for blood test it is also required. I have also B12 level done and looks like is OK, didn't see yet for my own eyes the results. But today feeling bad, bloating and heartburn. thanks
  7. Not sure now, got celiac disease or not? How certain are blood tests for celiac disease? thanks
  8. Just started few days ago plain yogurt with probiotic and not sure if that causes problems or not, but I'm not feeling well. Lots of bloating and dizziness. thanks
  9. but if you have positive blood test is it enough a s a proof? I wouldn't do biopsy anyway.
  10. thanks guys, is this also possible that even I didn't eat any gluten I still get symptoms during intestine healing period, as a side effect or kinda therapy crisis?
  11. that's why they're called cheetos, they cheat us...
  12. how much of magnesium did you take? as normal dose or more?
  13. in my opinion biopsy doesn't make sense, if you feel better without gluten you just go gluten free diet and that's it. Why to do biopsy? to proof what?
  14. yesterday all of the sudden got weak, heavy legs, tingling and dizziness that I had to lay down. Had problem with sleeping all night. Don't recall I ate something suspicious except the cacao on which was written "prepared on same equipment as wheat food.." Is it possible such symptoms because of celiac disease? I'm still not sure if I have it, waiting...
  15. I was always told that something with kidneys when you have eyes like that, I hope not.
  16. I had fatigue and weakness since 3 months and slowly getting into depression too, but do you remember that line from the Galaxy Quest movie? "never give up never surrender" BTW isn't that weird we have to search for alternative doctors and therapy? where are all the doctors?
  17. it went away completely? great! It would be nice not to scare people with my eyes. thanks
  18. As long a s I remember I had some dark circles under my eyes and "bags", but since I got worse and got that other symptoms like tingling, stomach pain etc it looks to me those circles got worse under my eyes, more blue, sometime swelling especially in the morning. Anybody had that effect because of celiac disease? thanks
  19. thanks, I just need to be more careful. I wasn't aware that gluten is in so many food. If this is really the reason I feel bad I won't eat anything that even remotely can contain traces of that poison...
  20. just wonder, it's almost impossible avoid completely gluten as I see it. I just got worse after one dinner out and then eating turkey franks which contained starch. thanks
  21. just checking, cannot find anything against yet but heard something about the orange juice. Any suggestion? I guess juices are all good, as well as all tees, cacao, coffee etc thanks
  22. the chicken wan not breaded, but maybe those mush potatoes had something in it. Other that that broccoli and green bean I guess don't have gluten? I have to try ask for gluten free menu, didn't know that restaurant can have it. Looks like I'll stay away from restaurants because after 3 days still feeling funny, tingling and dizziness. Not worthy.
  23. I just ordered chicken steak in Fridays restaurant and next day started to have my symptoms back, is it possible that mash potatoes or chicken was contaminated with gluten?
  24. I have similar thing, only after run and like you few hours later I start to develop my symptoms. Bloating, tingling and weakness in my case. None of these happens when swimming even long. So it has to have something to do with that "jumping and hard landing" which is involved in running.
  25. interesting, I have noticed that too. After I do few miles later on I start to feel weak and funny. Strange thing though swimming doesn't work that way, I feel good after swimming for 30 minutes. I suspect one or two things celiac disease or something with spine, which I didn't figure it out yet. As for now I'm gluten free since 3 weeks, and just last...
