I need snack recipes,sweet and savory using rice flour,nut flours and cornstarch....i have managed to find cookie recipes but with moderate successs....we have no other issues and generally stick to gluten-free and low dairy recipes so pls help!!! exclusive gluten-free flour have been hard to locate so grind my own rice and nut flours........i need easy but...

  7. its a really scary world out there.It simply reconfirms my stand at home,that i should limit exposure to any kind of processed food and stick to everything home made.Which is so much work.If only these companies realised if they clean up their acts there is so much money to be made!!!!!!!

My son is 13 and he had no obvious symptoms of celiac prior to blood work.He was high strung and the tiniest things would upset him and he would ramble about not having friends and was miserable most of the times.Now gluten-free for 4 months i see an impropvement in his attitude,he seems better adjusted and doesnot let every little thing bother him anymore...

  19. i do buy whole fruit,my son is more than happy to have it as snack,my little girl is not too keen so i give her fruit smoothies instead.Is it possible some of the fruit are more difficult to digest for her now,she has bowel movements which are not well formed after mango shakes.I am from pakistan ,close to india.I make my own curry powders.I feel very blessed...

When I read your replies,it was quite a relief,that i am not alone.My son got diagnaosed recently,he is 12,and he had no symptoms except being edgy and difficult.My daughter was the first to come back positive in the bloodwork,then we checked him right away.
