    I do not bake gluten free items when I am not eating the items. I was making these for a luncheon and I was not going to be there to eat. I can't afford to make gluten free things for events that I am not at, it is just too costly. I guess I will just tell them I can't bake anymore. BamBam

    I baken brownies last night for a funeral luncheon that our church had. I used a regular mix, got a little bit of the batter on my hands, and my hands itch all day. And I feel like a witch with a capital B! Is that a normal symptom of maybe breating or touching gluten? I feel sorry for my co-worker today, I've just been plain mean today. BamBam

    I was shopping at Wal-Mart this weekend and I picked up a bottle of Centrum Vitamins, I read the ingredients, and the last line says, "May contain milk." I am a gluten and dairy free person, so that is not good for me, I will have to shop for a different vitamin that does not have gluten or milk. BamBam

    I watch Rachel Ray all the time and yes, she does mention when certain ingredients are gluten free, and it usually the chicken and beef broths that she uses. Occasionally she'll mention that a veggie dish is gluten free or something like that. I like her show. BamBam

    If you would please keep me in your prayers, I will be having a breat biopsy done Wednesday. They found a lump last month that looks like a cyst, so they went in and lanced it, but with my repeat ultrasound, it is still there, so we have to make sure there is no cancer involved.     I've been taking zelnorm for the better part of two years. I was taking it twice daily, but now am taking it once daily. I feel it has helped me regulate my system.     I'm gonna increase the fiber/water/fat a little bit. I need to take the calcium. My bone density test did not come back very well, so I need to improve what I still have.     I started taking calcium pills just last week, and I also started drinking Vance's Dairy Free Milk.
