    i think I must have been glutened, because I have been having extreme abdominal pain, accompanied by more abdominal pain. I can't figure out where the gluten was... Could frozen fruit contain gluten? How can I make this get out of my system faster? Are there foods that could soothe the pain? Pleaz help. ty
