    It is definitely a good idea to use seperate cooking utensils when you live in a house that has some celiacs and some non celiacs. Especially for your kids' sakes it is better to make sure that you are taking every precaution to keep them from having problems with their health by cross contamination.

    I had a totallyGf dinner last night and still had an upset stomach. I noticed though, that there were several dairy products. I think I will try a lactose free diet for a while and see what happens.

    I use The Gluten-Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix. It is awesome for fresh baked bread. My husband loves it too and so do our kids( all of us are gluten-free).
