  1. d im not officially diagnosed, but im not so stupid that i dont notice i only get gut-wrenching pains when i have wheat barley or rye. if you are, you are, saying "your not allergic because your not diagnosed" is like saying "that guy who robbed a bank isnt a bankrobber because he wasnt convicted." the first place i "ate out" after finding out i was celiac...
  2. have you tried gargling with apple cyder vinegar or crest blue prohealth mouthwash? both of those work for me.. after nothing else i tried did. including 4 different medicines.
  3. sushi is a huge No-no. if it doesnt have wasabi directly if not touching it, chances are, the guy making it touched that or one of teh other MANY wheat products involved in japanese cooking. you will have to ask teh chef to take special measures before having that. unless the beef patty was 100% pure beef, kosher organic and all that jazz, dont eat it...

  7. ive been called anorexic All my life. once in a middle school health class, the teacher used me as an example of "what anorexic girls may look like" - im 153 cms and 6 or 7 stones (im american, so i forget the exact stone number) now, i have a cure! im a very tense person and it doesn't take much to make me feel vengeful, and theyre always so shocked...
  8. alot of people seem to feel burdened by the gluten-free diet and obsessive steps it takes to "protect" your tummy.. but ive never been happier. im 18 and i have this gluten allergy really bad - i cnat even kiss my boyfriend closed-mouthed after hes had a sub or i get sick for 3 days. for as far back as i can remember - and im told even as a baby - ive...
