  1. Don't do it.. I cheated recently and my stomach hurts so bad now.. I don't think the tacos & hamburgers were really worth it in the end.. I think..I have put my health back 2 months, because I ate the food. This lifestyle is miserable and the foods lacks something really... Never eat gluten, if possible....

  3. Sorry to here about your problem. you really need to avoid latex gloves... I use special gloves, when I wear them... They have these purple gloves, which are non-latex. At the moment, I forget the brand.
  4. PS. My levels used to be very low, but my b 12 is currently @ 1300. It was @ 3000 4 months ago.. It wasn't nowhere near that 5 years ago.. I was seriously ill... My hematologist wanted to give me iron injections too. My hematologist had me taking B-12 every month for 6 -12 ms. My pernicious anemia is miraculously improving.. My iron improved also... ...

  9. My doctor recently placed me on Tapazole (Methimazole) for hyperthyroidism. Everyone else seems to gain weight, after going on a gluten free diet. I continued to lose weight, which is scary.   11. mmm.. It is a sad thought... Celiac disease & the gluten free diet can be rather expensive... Maybe, someone should start a celiac foundation for the poor... I can't imagine what is worst??? Starving or Eating gluten and getting painfully sick...

  21. Thanks, But, I am a bit afraid of turning into a total skeleton and dying.. I don't think, I have two years to wait on the gluten free diet to kick in... I already can feel bones in my body, I never felt before and that scares me.. The doctors try to blame everything on celiac, but I know there is something else going on.. Everyone else here looks...
