    Aloha, Yesterday I ate one of those huge icecream bars covered w/chocolate and rolled in chopped almonds from Costco food court. Well about 1/2 hr after consuming I got in the WORST mood GRUMPPPY!!! I don't know if that was a gluten or sugar response but it was NOT a good one!!! My boss, whom also has celiac said that he can't eat anything from Costco...

    Aloha, I live on the Big Island and there is a couple of health food stores here w/gluten-free stuff also there is Outback steak house has a gluten-free menu. Hope this helps, Suzanne

    Aloha, I live on the Big Island in Kona, there is an Outback Steak House in Kailua Kona that has a gluten free menu and we have a health food store w/some gluten free items other than that I just do my best to order things that seem safe.     Aloha, I just bought some pop-secret microwave homestyle popcorn made w/real butter and salted. I think pop-secret is ok? it's made by General mills I didn't see anything odd in the ingredients except natural and artificial flavors. Does anyone know? Thanks, Suzanne
