  1. I've been there too. I'm half out and half in, sort of. I don't have muenstral periods(I skipped 39 consecutive months, had one day of spotting, skipped two more months and had one tiny little spot, and now I'm going on three months without one). The odd thing is that while my horomones aren't exactly right, my chest is growing. It is so weird. I'm used...
  2. Wow, you are one angry person. It is really hard at first but once you get over that bump things start going smoothly. I've had it for four years this january and eh, it's not so bad. I used to be addicted to that stuff too, now I'm addicted to apples and green beans. It's a new way of thinking ( as long as there is no brain fog!), and you really do have...
  3. wow, this happens to us sometimes, our sister recently bought us something that turned us green for awhile, anyways good luck to you and have the best wedding in the world!!!
  4. wow, i really don't know what to make of your response, but for those of us who are catholic, even though the above message is strong, it is a nice reminder; and other denominations have replied with their own solutions...

  6. take that back, we had our doubts so we followed up... it is so hard, its like giving up part of my faith in exchange for what? my mother just can't believe it b/c for so long I had no reactions, then bam! Now, for the past four weeks, my legs swell and while I am still very much confused, I believe it. Oh yeah, with thanksgiving and christmas and all the...
  7. I'm conditioned too. I don't see it as food either. It seems that everything that has gluten is non substantial. Maybe my mentality is too far for some people but why eat just for the sake of eating? Just eat what you need and move on!
  8. Hey there! I have been going to communion for three years and have never had a reaction, and trust me, I would know. I have edema ( swelling in the legs) so if I have a reaction, up they go! good luck, and I'll try and send some divine intervention your way. ~ Anna
  9. I would never go back. It's taken three years to finally start feeling good and I am so healthy. Who needs gluten anyway. I'll never go back to the american lifestyle of eating out and eating often. They don't know what thier missing.
  10. My favorite meal ever, greenbeans with onion and chicken breasts with rice noodles. With an apple for dessert. It is so amazing! I know it's simple but I love it.
  11. hey,we're both runners but have no idea what to eat to get a lot of energy from. we usually eat a lot of rice or corn before going running but it seems to just disappear. Anyone else out there with soy, egg, dairy, and peanut allergies trying to run. We've both had to cut back on the running since we developed some of the allergies about a month ago. We were...

My sister and I thought we were gluten free for the past three years but we were both very sick, and I mean very sick. We found out that there was malt flavoring in our cereal and that we have other allergies along with celiac. We are both casein(lactose, milk) free, legume free, soy free, and egg free. hopefully you find out soon, and I'll be praying...
  13. hey guys, I (Anna) and my sister have had celiac for three years and I still only eat fruits and veggies and gluten free chicken breasts.
