  5. If you are vegetarian you might also consider Indian dishes. Like Mexican food many of the recipes are naturally gluten-free as well as based on beans, lentils and dairy (assuming of course you aren't sensitive to those as well) I find shopping in ethnic stores much cheaper and I'm able to find more products to buy. obviously you have to read the labels...

I don't know if it's normal or not but until I went gluten free I could pack on 5 lbs in a weekend eating less than 1200 calories per day if some of that was gluten based. since getting rid of the gluten my weights been stable for the first time in my life....tho I'd be a bit happier if it would nudge down a touch
