  1. I remember going through the same issues myself. There was a very small thread asking about Microcristaline Cellulose some time back (it is in the inactive ingreditents list on Aleve). https://www.celiac.com/gluten-free/index.php?showtopic=17030 As for me, I quit using it and have gone to plain tylenol for headaches and the migraines are few and...
  2. I can honestly say that is a hard one. My wife is really good about making sure what we eat is safe. She has the apps on her iPhone that tells you what is good or not. My parents and inlaws are still learning the basics of what is safe and not. I have been unintentionally glutened by both families but it is getting better. As far as things I avoid...
  3. Good luck on your next board. I am still waiting to hear on when I will have an actual board. I am only on the first period of limited duty (less than 6 months) and about to go on my second (6 months to 1 year). I really don't like the hurry up and wait that we have to go through. I don't know how long I am going to stay in, I don't know if I am going...
  4. I've had good luck with Wendy's (for fast food), I get the Chili and a Baked Potato and it fills me pretty good. Love going to PF Chang's, I don't get the lost in the headlight look from them when I ask for the menu. Red Lobster was a really good experience, make sure you get a manager. I ended up talking to the head chef and the grill master as...
  5. I can say that this is not easy. Thank you for the help so far. I have been in the Navy for almost fourteen years and I want to finish my 20 and retire. Unfortunately, the biggest issue I am running into, is I am not deployable at all. The Navy went away from actually cooking meals not too long ago. We now get a lot more heat and serve frozen meals....
  6. I had the same thing happen to me at In-N-Out. I ordered the burger protien style and animal style. Later I had the same thing happen that you explained. It either came from the burger accidentally touching the bun, or CC from the dressing that they use. I found out that the dressing isn't in a pump or a squeeze style bottle. So they just keep dipping...
  7. I just had my second one on Friday, it took around 45 minutes for everything. My suggestions, wear comfortable clothes, and have a driver there (long story).
  8. I am wondering if there are any service members from the U.S. Military that haven't been discharged. I can find many stories of people that have gotten out because of it. I want to know of anyone that has successfully stayed in with it.
  9. I picked up the book last week and was happy to read it. I love that it was written in plain language, I have been diagnosed for about a year and still didn't understand half of what was being explained in other books. I related to her stories and about her self diagnosing. I hadn't felt well in a long time, I was tired of hearing every excuse under the...
