Whole means unprocessed( ie it does not come packaged). Grains are grass seeds, all grass seeds have gluten(wheat, barley, rye, oates, corn, rice, millet, sorghum have gluten which is a mixture of proteins (prolamines). This site will explain things further. Open Original Shared Link -

After i went gluten free, i would still get bouts of fatigue, drowsiness, tiredness. Found out i was anemic because i wasn't absorbing enough vitamin B 12 and vitamin B 6.

How long had you gone undiagnosed? I had celiac disease for over 10 years and not knowing. Because of my age, being over 50, it took over two years to heal the damaged villi. It can be a slow process for some. -

When i was diagnosed with celiac disease several years ago, it was suggested i read the book "Breaking The Vicious Cycle" by Elaine Gottschall. It helped to put me on the road to recovery. It will help you to learn how to start the healing process. Just GOOGLLE in the title and authoress. Let the journey begin. -

Hello. As a celiac who is milk and legume intolerant, i am looking for a gluten free bread recipe that can be made in a bread making machine. The recipe can not include dairy products or legume flours. The bread will also be used by a person on the Multiple Sclerosis Diet who is also following the "leaky gut" healing diet.
