    If you are talking about a specialist for celiac disease I would say you could do without one if and only if , you are properly diagnosed.......... I am not a doctor but I have had celiac for 2 years and only saw my specialist for diagnosis. If you are truly gluten-free and you are sure you are 100% gluten-free then what more can you do?????     I had my gallbladder taken out after my first and only attack in 1999. One week after I delivered my first son. The ultrasound showed "sludge" in the gallbladder and surgery was recommended if I was gong to have more kids. My GYN knew right away what it was. Said it was common post partum for women to have gallbladder issues. That was in 1999 and not diagnosed...

    I too have had problems with occasional constipation but I know I dont eat enough fruit and veggies. I can pretty much fix it with diet changes. My son(non celiac) on the other hand has battled with constipaiton since potty training and his doc suggested Miralax. It is very gentle and does not cause pains/cramping.     There is a place in Mission Viejo off Marguarite Parkway that has gluten-free pizza. The best around!! Southern California Pizza Kitchen. Really tasty and the crust tastes like traditional crust. I cannot live with out pizza!!

    Hi I too am in South Orange County and have been craving a great cake. I have not really ventured out to actually get one yet but heard of a bakery in Culver City.     As far as I know, most vodka is Gluten free. Just watch what you mix it with. Keep it simple. Ginger ale or Flavored seltzer and vodka is good. I am newly diagnosed myself!! I know how nerve wracking the thought of traveling is right now. Good luck
