I know! It is rediculous!!! I have a pad of paper I have to carry around with me everywhere, and I want a little pocket guide or something, so I don't look like an IDIOT... Well, the main reason is so I don't get glutenized, but the idiot thing works too. haha -

Becci posted a topic in Gluten-Free Recipes & Cooking Tips
Odd Question I have a Severe craving for Pizza hut breadsticks and marinara sauce... I was wondering if anyone has a good Gluten and Dairy free recipe that has a close taste to the Pizza hut versions of breadsticks and marinara sauce. The craving won't go away, so I gotta find some kind of a solution. Anyone got one? Thanks! -
Hello, I am actually from south of Green Cove Springs, in between GCS and Bostwick. But, it'd be nice to have someone close that I could talk with about gluten-free. No one seems to understand what it is like. Haha, anyway, not to get into that... It'd just be nice to have a 'shopping buddy' or just somoene to chat with. I am a 20 year old, happily...

Becci posted a topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
And is there any kind of 'shopping guide' as to what to stay away from, as far as all gluten and/or dairy ingredients? So, if I am looking at something and something pops up I am not sure about, I can just open my little pocket guide in my purse and see? Any ideas on that? And where to get it, if it does exist? THANKS!!!! (and if it is cheap... -

Great! I am gluten-free so, hopefully I can have a healthy baby. Thank you so much!

I am wanting a baby more than anything, and I am reading here about all of the miscarriages people have had. I am almost three months Gluten-Free (celiac disease), and I just started trying to get pregnant. Does being gluten-free and/or having celiac mean that I will likely have a miscarriage? This now has me really worried....

Does anyone know where to find jewelry made with Celiac awareness? -
If you have already cut out gluten, have you thought about trying to cut out something else to see if that is a problem as well? I had to cut out both gluten and dairy. Since then, I am fine... Another problem you could be having is accidentally getting into gluten without knowing it. Have you checked your soaps, shampoos, makeup, etc? And do you...

ARCHIVED Way To Cure Celiac?
Becci replied to Becci's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I have never personally met this doctor, nor have I spoken to him. He is in Pennsylvania, and I am in Florida. My husband asked him and he said the diet would make both my Celiac and his Diverticulosis go away completely in two weeks?!?!? Sounds like a load, but I will try it, if for nothing except it will kind of clear you out for a few days. Been eating... -

ARCHIVED Way To Cure Celiac?
Becci replied to Becci's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
To everyone who has written... I agree with you COMPLETELY! This guy swears it will make it completely go away, but I see NOTHING just by changing the foods that don't bother me, how it is going to help! My husband believes in the guy, and so we will both try the diet for a week or two. I don't have any faith in it. But, I am doing it for my husband... -
