    udis = best gluten free bread ever. It actually tastes like real bread. The loafs are small and pathetic but the bread is great.

As I was going through the diagnosis for UC they also checked for Celiac pretty thoroughly and at that time 10 years ago I did not have it.     My problem is I don't have gastro symptoms so its hard to know if I'm getting gluten or if I have something else going on. All my symptoms are weird so it's just hard to tell what is going on.     I've read these forums quite a bit and there seems to be quite a few posters on here that say if they get glutened once they can have symptoms that persist for months.     I like to eat Thai Food a lot because it generally is gluten free. I was told that MSG made in the states is made from Sugarbeets and is ok for Celiacs but I was told that MSG imported from other countries (like the MSG found in some imported Curry pastes) could contain gluten or be contaminated by gluten.     I thought that the gluten protein was to big to enter through skin? I could be wrong but I thought the only way to get "glutened" was to actually eat it.

    I just read this on my local Celiac disease support website and couldn't believe. According them there are only 1000 people diagnosed with Celiac in Utah and 60,000 in the country. I thought it was being diagnosed a lot more.

    What type of muscle twitching do you have? What part of your body? How bad is your anxiety? When my anxiety was at its worst my muscles were twitching all over the place. Celiac can cause all sort of weird symptoms. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Give it some time, takes some good vitamins and wait it out. It will get better.

    I've been having headaches almost every day as well. Started about a month ago. I've never had dairy issues in the past and I don't get D or gas when I eat it.     Hi I looked at my transglutimase test and mine was 18. On my test it says anything above 4 is high. I honestly would not rule out celiac yet. You gave many celiac type symptoms and according to my labs 12 would be high. You really need to have the complete celiac panel.     I really think they should run a Celiac panel on you. Also blood tests can come back negative but it doesn't mean you don't have Celiac. I am also overweight and I am diagnosed with Celiac disease. I'm not sure if I made that clear. I'm just looking for another doc who really understands what Celiac does to the body.     Hi Yes that would be great. Can you list your complete symptoms? Maybe we have some similar symptoms. Any issues with your eyes? I'm sensitive to bright lights and place like shopping centers, jazz games etc are killers. Is this doc a gastro or a GP? My energy levels suck as well. Let me know and thanks for the reply.

    I love PB8, it's super cheap as well. I was having major stomach issues until I started PB8 and since taking I was able to get off of Cipro which I had been on for 6 months for a nasty infection.
