  1. I'm pretty sure the McDonald's site lists their fries as NOT gluten-free. I don't take any chances with fast foods. The oil in those fryers are bound to have cross contamination.
  2. LOL. After ingesting gluten, I do feel like I need a doctor- stat! Don't you wish it were as easy as a shot of immodium and some sprite?
  3. Sounds more to me like you accidentally got glutenized. Cross contamination? Did you eat out? Hope you feel better soon.
  4. That's the term I've always used. There was a poll a while back asking what you called it when you accidentally ingest gluten. I thought the term was just catching on.
  5. I've been gluten-free for almost 5 years. I've gotten more and more sensitive as time has gone by. Now I'm super sensitive to all kinds of additives and to even tiny bit of cross contamination. I can't eat anything that I have not made myself. In the beginning, I was tempted to "cheat." Now, I just think about the pain and how tired, sick, and fuzzy-headed...
