  4. Eating regularly is key i feel. i am also on the very thin side and cant seem to put on weight, been this way for years, I have been feeling extremely weak and I get a lot of the fog. I found that Protein helps with the fog and weakness. I eat about every two hours. Its mostly things that have protein in them or a protein drink. The protein drink that I use...

  7. Thank you tht is extremely helpful =) So I am on the right path of eating protien in the morning. And I understand what you are saying about the adrenal Glands too. It makes lots of sense. I jump on a a trampoline 2 times aday for about 10 mins, it supposed to help the adrenal glands and thyroids with cleansing and stimulation. I am also taking various suppliments...

  10. Iv been glutened once since being gluten free and i reacted Immediately. Then the next couple days were really crappy for me.

  12. Hi, I eat every couple of hours too. Sometimes it was because I was hungry and other times its because I need more energy. Most of the time its because i feel myself getting weak and fogish.
