  1. i have a friend considering a blood panel to test for celiac disease. she's gluten-free (among a great and varied many others). she thinks her buckwheat (eaten daily) may be cc'd and was wondering- if that's enough to cause symptoms, is it enough to test positive? would she need to eat more gluten for the test to be reliable? tia

  4. actually, they make soy free miso from chickpeas and brown rice. they do make some products w/ soy and some w/ barley though and i haven't inquired wrt cc yet

  8. I'm way late in responding to this topic. I found it via a search engine while searching "soy free beef jerky recipe" There actually IS a soy and gluten free "soy sauce". It's made by South River Miso Company and it's only available in limited quantities. They also make soy and gluten free miso (obviously). Anyway, you've probably had the little one...
