Awwww what a real trooper! Thanks for sharing that with me. Reading this makes me realize that I need to find others that have this or know someone that has it, I think that would help me. I would have been mortified also and hurting for my child if they had to go through that. He got through a tough situation and that encourages me to do the same...

Hi MaryFrances, I am new to all this also. I did get new pots and pans, cooking utensils, and Glasses for me to keep seperate from the rest. I am trying to baby step this as it has been very overwhelming to read how much you have to change. Does anyone know if there is an unsafe list for the FD & C Dye's? I have found a few on the safe list and was wondering if those are the only that are truely safe? Thanks for you help.

Amazing, thanks so much for sharing this. Totally has given me hope notkuroda I am on day 9 of trying to be gluten free but I am still in pain even though we have cleaned out the kitchen and given me seperate cupboards and pots and pan's and I wash my stuff seperatly, I'm still doing something wrong and probably still having contamination issues but reading...

Ok didnt think of that, thanks. Guess I will be increasing my intake then and keep my fingers crossed it works.....just feels so strange to me as I have never had any weight issues, I almost dont feel like me anymore.

I gained 15 pounds before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and I couldn't understand why. I work out and watch what I eat so it didn't make sense to me. Well I just got a phone call from my dr.'s office on my chest CT and it came back with a nodula on the lower part of my lung. I will go for another test to see if I have Valley Fever or have ever had it because this nodula could be from that so I am not concerned as I have heard alot of people get scars on their lungs from it. I have just recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease on Dec. 2nd...my husband and I have been reading alot of web sites but they seem to be saying different things. One site said never to have anything that said Non Dairy on it and not to ever eat lunch meats, hot dogs, sausages ect.....and then other sites are saying its ok. I am lost and very confused...
